These terms apply when you use WOTNU Cinematic Prompter (“WOTNU”) at studio.wotnu.com, run by AI With Charlie in the United Kingdom. By signing in you agree to them. Contact: aiwithcharlie@gmail.com.
What WOTNU does
WOTNU helps you plan AI-video productions and write cinematic prompts. You sign in with your ChatGPT account. If you allow it, WOTNU’s AI features run on your own ChatGPT plan and count towards that plan’s usage limits. WOTNU does not charge you for AI requests. Your use of ChatGPT stays subject to OpenAI’s terms.
Your content
You own the stories, dialogue, prompts and projects you create in WOTNU, including AI-assisted drafts, as far as the law and OpenAI’s terms allow. You give WOTNU permission to store and process your content only to provide the service to you.
Acceptable use
Don’t use WOTNU to break the law, infringe others’ rights, create harmful or abusive content, get around OpenAI’s usage policies, or try to access another person’s account or data. We may suspend access if these terms are broken.
AI output
AI-generated text can be inaccurate or unsuitable. Review everything before you use it, especially before generating video or publishing.
Availability
WOTNU is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running and secure but can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited under UK law.
Ending use
You can stop using WOTNU at any time and delete your data with “Delete my WOTNU data” in the studio.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
